    Open Enrollment will be held mid-November to early December for the upcoming plan year (January - December).   An application will need to be completed ONLY if you will be making changes to your plans.  If your plans will remain the same, no application is necessary.

    Flexible Spending Account - open enrollment will be held in mid-November to early December for the upcoming plan year (January - December).  An email will be sent to all eligible employees.

    Employees may enroll in short term disability (Aflac/USAble, etc.) during this time for payroll deduction.
