7-8 Football: 

*ALL 7TH AND 8TH GRADE FOOTBALL PLAYERS WILL COMPLETE A NEW BASELINE CONCUSSION ASSESSMENT AT GEAR HANDOUT ON AUGUST 15TH.  PLEASE BRING A MOBILE DEVICE (SMARTPHONE, TABLET, IPAD) TO THE MEETING SO THE TEST CAN BE COMPLETED.  DOWNLOADING THE "SWAY MEDICAL BALANCE & COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT" APP PRIOR TO THE MEETING IS ENCOURAGED**
