We want to avoid interrupting classes during teaching time.  In order to avoid this, please make sure you do the following:

• If your child has an appointment scheduled during the school day, have your student give the Attendance Secretary in the front office a note so they can get a cut slip.  The cut-slip allows them to leave class for the appointment. This is very important so class doesn't get interrupted by calling into the classroom for the student.
• It is important to inform your child of their after school arrangements before school. If it is an emergency and you need to call during the day, make sure it’s before 2:30 in order to be able to deliver the message in time.
